You can upgrade your Timebeans license if you are an existing customer. You have to be an administrator in order to upgrade your Timebeans edition. Please follow the steps below:
- Login to your Timebeans application as an administrator and click "Settings" on the right top menu bar as highlighted in the image below.
- On the Settings page please select "Application License" as shown below.
- On the Application License page please note down your License number and click on the "click here" link as highlighted in the image below.
- The "click here" link will open a new tab/window in your browser and take you to the Timebeans pricing and subscription page. Please choose the Timebeans edition you want to signup and click "SIGN UP".
- On the Signup page select "I'M AN EXISTING CUSTOMER" and enter your email address using which you signed-up earlier and the license number you noted down in the first step above.
- Click "CONTINUE" to complete the payment process and after successful payment your Timebeans license will be automatically upgraded.
- In your Timebeans application browse to the license page again (under Settings) and ensure your license is upgraded.
